TheJ21S series punching machines has a steel plate welded body.  Featuring high intensity and steel grade, itis used for large size sheet metal punching.  The J21S-63 uses a turning-key rigid clutch, whichallows it to be easily manipulated.  TheJ21S-25A and J21S-125A punching machines are equipped withemergency braking devices, enabling the die block to stop within 0°-15°.  The JF21S-110 punching machineis a high-grade model utilizing longitudinal crankshaft structure, pneumaticfriction clutch, six sided rectangular guide way, etc.

Equipment Maintenance
Maintenance of our punching machine is quite easy.  We recommend that you regularly feedlubricant to the machine gear, chain and moving parts to reduce friction andavoid rusting.  Make sure the power linesare properly connected before starting the machine and a regular intervals,change the gear oil and hydraulic oil.

Packaging
Our punching machine is wrapped in a waterproof package.

1. We provide a one year warranty and lifelong technical support.
2. We can send our technicians to you to give you on-site training.  The training period would be for no more thanone week with the customer paying for the visa, return ticket, food,accommodations and a daily wage of US50.
