Application

Decoiler
The decoiler can handle a maximum coil width of 1000mm and has a carry capacity of 6000kg.  The hydraulic power of the decoiler is 3kWand it has a motor power of 3kW.  Theinner diameter of the decoiler’s oil pump is 120mm.  The decoiler has a working pressure of 10Mpa.

Forming Device
The manufacturing steps of the forming device involves 24 forming steps.  The main shafter material is made from 45#steel, outer diameter 80mm.  The motor power of theforming device is 22kW and the operating speed of the forming device is 9-12m/min. The forming device sits atop a 350# U style steel welded stand and has aChromium plated roller surface of 0.05mm.

Hydraulic Cutter
The blade material of the hydraulic cutter is Cr12 quenched treated.  The hydraulic cutter has an advancedhydraulic drive, automatic cutting after forming, and there is no distorting orwasting.

Equipment Maintenance
Maintenance of our floor deck roll forming machine is quite easy.  We recommend that you regularly feedlubricant to the machine gear, chain and moving parts to reduce friction andavoid rusting.  Make sure the power linesare properly connected before starting the machine and a regular intervals,change the gear oil and hydraulic oil.
