The 5000kg hydraulic decoiler is specializedequipment for sheet metal leveling.  Thehydraulic decoiler helps to level line steel plates and uneven steel plates andcan be combined with other units to form a sheet metal production line.  The decoiler mandrel is connected to foursector boards through four dovetail slot contained side surfaces.  Each sector board is equipped with a radialsideway on its end to prevent axial movement of the mandrel.  Axialexpanding and shrinking of the mandrel can still be achieved.  Driven by the hydraulic cylinder, the frameis able to move within the guide rail so that center positioning can beaccomplished.  The movable rollersupporting units ensure the roller stability.

Equipment Maintenance
Maintenance of our 5000kg hydraulic decoiler is quite easy.  We recommend that you regularly feedlubricant to the machine gear, chain and moving parts to reduce friction andavoid rusting.  Make sure the power linesare properly connected before starting the machine and a regular intervals,change the gear oil and hydraulic oil.
