The 10000kg hydraulic decoiler isspecialized equipment for sheet metal leveling.  The hydraulic decoiler helps level line steelplates and uneven steel plates and can be combined with other units to form asheet metal production line. T he decoiler mandrel is connected to four sectorboards through four dovetail slot contained side surfaces.  Each sector board is equipped with a radialsideway on its end to prevent axial movement of the mandrel.  Axialexpanding and shrinking of the mandrel is still achievable.  Driven by the hydraulic cylinder, the frame isable to move within the guide rail so that center positioning can beaccomplished.  The movable rollersupporting units ensure the roller stability.

Equipment Maintenance
