Maintenance
One date can be processed at one time.  First, check air press before the bending machine starts up. After starting machine, you should check each signal.  Prior to each time of date process, you should reset the machine.  The general type CNC bender should be grounded effectively.  General supply of the machine should be to open first and then press green button.  Ten seconds later, the computer can be started.  The working environment should be dust free to avoid burnout of the drive.  After 250 hours of machine operation, open the cover of the hydraulic oil and check whether the oil is beyond the scale or not. If not, some hydraulic oil should be added.

The package of CNC bender uses a wooden box or meets the certain requirements from our customers.

Service
We have an overseas service department.  Our customers have the option of coming to our factory for training or we will conduct training at the customer’s factory.  We have CD for installation.
