Multi-layer Oven

Multi-layer ovens mainly have three-layer ovens and five-layer ovens.  They are divided into large, medium and small sizes.  They are different in yield and size.  The multi-layer ovens also use different heating methods.  These methods include electric heating type, fuel type, and steam type in order to use different heat producers. They are mainly used for baking or drying food.
The oven can be used to bake all kinds of puffed food, pet food, tissue protein and various nuts including peanuts, melon seeds and dried jujube.

Features
1.  Five-layer oven is compact, has small dry area and a large superficial area.  It also features small scale of heat elimination and high thermal efficiency.
2.  Mesh belt conveyors and thermal insulation boards all use stainless steel material, making the equipment clean and sanitary.
3.  The speed of mesh belt conveyor is adjustable.  The drying period for food in the oven can be adjusted.
4.  The automatic temperature control system makes it possible to set the temperature according to your needs.
5.  The Five-layer oven has a distinct advantage over the three-layer oven.  The five-layer oven has a larger drying area, but there is no increase in occupation and energy consumption.
