Function
Conditioner is used to stir material with steam or water in a spray form at high-speed to make them fully mixed.  There is no leakage and no dust in the whole process.  Because it is multifunctional, offers smooth operation and high production efficiency, conditioner can replace mixer.

The main differences between conditioner and mixer
1.  The discharge of conditioner is continuous and well-distributed while the discharge of mixer is intermittent.
2.  Conditioner can satisfy some special processing requirements.
3.  Conditioner has a larger production capacity than mixer.

1.  The parts where the conditioner is contiguous with materials are all made of stainless steel.
2.  All the water needed goes into conditioner in a spray form because the machine uses an imported sprayer.
3.  The amount of water can be adjusted at any time to meet the different requirements of processing technologies and raw materials.
