Scrap Metal Baler Powerful Solution for Scrap Metal Packing

Scrap metal balers are also known as baling equipment. This particular baler type is used to bale a variety of metal scrap, including scrap steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. Metal scrap is often compressed into a rectangular, cylindrical, or octagonal shape to reduce transportation and smelting costs. The scrap metal baler works at a rate of 0.5 to 1 ton per hour, with a baling force available in 10 grades ranging from 63 to 600 tons. According to specific customer materials, we will customize the feed box and bale.

(1) All baler models are hydraulically driven. Manual and PLC automatic control are both available.

(2) All surfaces that come into contact with materials are lined with wear resistant plates. Made of a high-alloy steel, these plates are both abrasion resistant and durable.

(3) There are no foundation bolts needed for installation. Using diesel fuel, this baler works exceptionally well in locations where there is no power available.

(4) We offer 3 common bale types: turn out, front out, and side out.
