Odor-resistant coated fabric consists of inner rubber layer, fabric reinforced layer, outer rubber layer and barrier layer. Fabric reinforced layer is woven by polyester fiber. Inner and outer rubber layers are formed from the double-face coated polyurethane on the fabric reinforced layer. Barrier layer is processed by special material and technology. This is a new barrier coating fabric that may obstruct volatilization of media like vapor and oil.

Main characteristics
The Odor-resistant coated fabric has features like light weight, high strength, puncture resistance, rear resistance, folding, convenient, and strong environmental suitability, etc. Since the odor-resistant coated fabric with high insulation performance can reduce 80% gas permeability, compared with common rubberized fabric, it is quite suitable to store gasoline and can reduce the gasoline volatilization.
The rubberized fabric thickness range is 0.95mm～3mm, and the breadth is 1.33m. The ambient applicable temperature is -50℃~ 80℃.
All kinds of color like black, army green, sand yellow, etc. are available, others can be customized according to user demands.

Application fields
TPU (polyurethane) coating fabrics could be used for soft tank fabrication due to its superior properties. The soft tank used for gas, oil, water, wine, edible oil, soy sauce, various syrups, industrial grease, diesel, gasoline is made of such fabric. This kind of soft tank may be equipped to oil depot, gas station, or is applied for oil storing equipment and vapor recovery unit of rear oil depot.
