MainMachine
The main machine is designed with a synchronization unit, which ensures thatthe upper blade and bottom blade can cut concrete blocks at the same time. Theblades' movement is guide by four ultra wear-resistant guide pillars. Ourconcrete block splitter is driven by a large-bore hydraulic cylinder, whichgreatly increase splitting force and reduce the working pressure of hydraulicsystem. Controlled by an independent hydraulic cylinder, the doubleside blades can split concrete blocks accurately. The reasonable design of thefour blades immensely guarantees that the blades can split the concrete blockssynchronously and thus achieves the most satisfactory fracture surface. All ofthe blades are made of high strength ultra wear-resistant alloy materials, sothey have long service life. Additionally, they are easy to replace.

Automatic ConcreteBlock Supplier Device
The automatic concrete block supplier device is located at the front end ofmain machine.     Its   drive roller, made by specialmaterials, can automatically convey the concrete blocks to axis line. After theblocks arrive at axis line, the hydraulic cylinder pushes them to the splittingposition precisely. The conveying speed can be adjusted steplessly, so as tomeet customers' requirements towards different productivity. The roller is wearresistant and easy to replace.

Hydraulic Unit
The   hydraulic unit is mainly composed of oil tank, valveblock, oil pump and engine. Its well-designed components effectively guaranteethe smooth running of the hydraulic cylinder.

Green BlockConveyor Power Roller Table
The green block conveyor power roller table is located at the bottom end ofmain machine. Its drive roller, made by special materials, can automaticallyconvey the finished blocks to block conveyor rollaway nest. The roller iswear resistant and easy to replace.

Product ConveyorRollaway Nest
There are two product conveyor rollaway nests, which are respectivelylocated at the front end of automatic concrete block supplier device and thebottom end of the product conveyor rollaway nest. The roller is wear resistantand easy to replace.

CompletelyAutomatic Control System
The completely automatic control system is mainly composed of control console,electrical element, sensor and control switch. Its all parts are purchased fromsome well-known companies. With the sensor and control switch, our controlsystem can automatically and precisely control the whole splitting process.
