Automatic Upper Drawing Machine

Automatic upper drawing machine is a smart machine designed for automatically drawing line on the cloth and leather upper. The line it drew on the shoe upper will disappear automatically. This smart machine provides a great alternative to traditional manual drawing line or screen printing.

This machine is equipped with high resolution digital CCD camera for industrial. It can automatic recognize material outlines and precisely drawing lines. It draws line very quickly and its drawing accuracy is up to 0.2mm. This laser machine helps shoe factory avoid the manufacturing of positioning molds and other fussy processes and avoid the environment problem caused by screen printing. This machine helps shoe factory to reduce costs and improve the efficiency. It is especially suitable for small batch and customized production of shoes.

Features
The left and right feeding platform ensures its high work efficiency. Its two drawing head working together enables it to draw line on all types of upper materials. Manual drawing line and single head machine can’t realize draw line on all types of upper materials. Its two drawing head works as following:
a. Italian high speed injection valve sprays heat disappearing ink to draw fine lines on knitted fabric or partial leather uppers.
b. Mechanical line pen is controlled by Z-axis lifting motor and software to imitate hand drawn line. It draws lines on leather uppers. This laser machine uses high power industrial exhaust fan to firmly absorb the upper to avoid the accuracy error caused by upper’s movement during the line drawing process. Technical Parameters
