Rubber Warping Machine

Rubber warping machines carry out wrapping of spandex and rubber threads, preparing them for the next process. The beam size is 12, 14, or 16 inches, with the number of ends at 60, 72, or 84. Customization options are also available.

Features
The rubber warping machine uses a variable frequency drive to ensure a stable start and flexible speed adjustment, ensuring a constant tension from beginning to end.
It is equipped with a digital counter meter to record the number of turns and adjust the length according to set requirements, thus avoiding rubber wastage.
W-type yarn buckles are used to adjust the left-right position and density according to requirements.
Auto stop motion in the event of yarn breakage makes operation easier and reduces failure rates.
