Casting

We use a self-developed aluminum bar production system consisting of a whole set of modern industrial casting equipment configured to optimize the manufacturing of our products. The melting and casting workshop is outfitted with modern technology, deploying a hot-top casting system, electromagnetic stirring technology, inline degassing unit, and pipe filtering system.

Electromagnetic stirring ensures the homogeneity of alloy components. Homogeneous refining in furnace with high purity argon and refining agent. Dehydrogenation with on-line case birotor. Gradual filtration with imported 40PPI+80PPI ceramic filter plates. Pipe filtration with Japan 130PPI ceramic filter plates. Electronic components to automatically control the temperature and time of the homogenizing furnace. The temperature difference can be controlled within 5℃.
