Cold Drawing

We have a number of cold drawing production lines equipped with 50T hydraulic drawing machines that maximize stability. We also utilize several types of post-manufacturing equipment to ensure the accuracy of drawn aluminum dimensions, such as precision cutting equipment, run-out inspection equipment, etc.

Our cold drawn aluminum products have demonstrated excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finishes. The process is ideal for applications where components have tight tolerances, thin walls, and high structural integrity.
