Injection Mold for Bumper Flank

The bumper flank mold has a very complex structure which includes a 6 slider, 26 angle lifter and some of them are an accelerated lifter. Too many angle lifters may cause strain marks on the product surface. An angle lifter could be out of sync due to some lifter angle could reach up to 40 degree. During fitting process, we will make sure that the mold cavity and lifter are place correctly and maintain the correct amount of injection pressure to avoid strain marks.
