The aluminum wheels can be heat treated to improve their performance, mechanical properties, precise dimensions, and shape. The following heat treatment types are available based on your needs.

Artificial aging: improve hardness, strength and performance. Annealing: eliminate work hardening during machining; improve sizing stability and plasticity. Solid solution strengthening: improve strength and hardness; higher plasticity and better corrosion resistance available; easy for further processing and molding. Aging treatment: enhance strength and hardness; high mechanical stability, precise dimension and shape available.
