​Casting

Casting is one of the most important processes in wheel and rim production. All of our aluminum wheels are made through integral casting.

First, the aluminum ingot is melted in a furnace. Then, the molten aluminum is poured into the mold to form a wheel.

The casting method is easy to operate, making it ideal for mass production, which minimizes costs and guarantees a timely delivery. Compared with spoke wheels, aluminum wheels made from one-piece casting are firmer, more durable, and are easier to clean and maintain.
