AMG-PCM thermal conductive phase change materials feature a silicon-free substrate. They are solid at room temperature and change into a liquid at a phase change temperature of 45~55℃ to wet out the tiny gaps between heating components and heat sinks without overflow, contributing to a high heat conduction efficiency.
