Description

RL-WSJ-300 feminine pads production line can be applied to produce ultra-thin and cotton core easy-wrap sanitary pads. It has an output of 200-300 pcs per minute.

Equipment features This machine adopts a high efficiency pulverizer. Cotton core drum forming unit is applied. This production line adopts a dosing applicator of SAP. PLC system + touch screen + inverter control system is used. Tissue, nonwoven, cast film automatic splicer and automatic unwinder, with constant tension control. Automatic detection for broken material and lacking of material, and alarms automatically. Automatic rejection system is set for changing and splicing materials. Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism. Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential to conduct synchronous regulation without closing down.
