Description

RL-YNK-200 baby diaper production line is ideal to produce baby diapers, including structures like elastic waist band, frontal tape, side tape, standing leak guide, leg cuffs, etc. Large, medium and small sized baby diapers can be produced by this production line, with a production speed of 150-200 pcs/min.

Features Mixing dosing of SAP The machine equips a high efficiency pulverizer. Finished products are tri-folded and stacked in a line. Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism. Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential to conduct synchronous regulation without closing down.
