MumeiStory has years of experience in the production of metal stampings, wire springs, flat springs and other products. We are able to provide customers with thorough customization services, including OEM and ODM. You are only required to offer the drawings or samples and we will customize the products you want.

Our custom metal stampings and wire formings are usually manufactured with stainless steel straps, stainless steel wire, zinc alloy ingots and other raw materials. Besides, carbon steel, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, aluminum and other materials are also available following customer requirements. To ensure product quality, we will strictly control the raw materials and supply the quality test report.

Stainless steel is the most commonly used metal material because of its excellent corrosion resistance. It is uneasy to change color or rust, having smooth and beautiful surface. Using the stainless steel to manufacture different kinds of springs, clips or other parts saves us a lot of unnecessary subsequent processing and surface treating processes and means greatly enhanced durability to you.

As for the thin-walled precision parts with complicated shapes, we tend to adopt zinc alloys for production. Zinc alloy ingots are directly die-cast through die-casting machine and they feature high processing efficiency and smooth surface of the finished products. Based on customer requirements, we can perform plating, coating and polishing treatments on the surface of the zinc alloy products.
