BNC-702 PCBN Composite inserts

REALY offers BNC-702 PCBN tools with a PCBN content of 65-70% and a granularity of about 2μm. The entire surface of the cemented carbide insert is sintered.

We offer 6 round composite insert types for customers to choose from: φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0. We are also capable of setting the composite insert head after cutting on standard cemented carbide insert bases according to customer needs.

These inserts are used to cut and machine tough materials, such as quenching steel, bearing steel, and mold steel.
