Precision Machined Components for OHLINS

OHLINS is a world famous vendor of shock absorbers, specializing in the development of suspension systems of racing cars and high-end sports cars. Their shock absorbers can sometimes be applied on automobiles, motorcycles and mountain bikes.

Problem: Our company established cooperation with OHLINS (Sweden) beginning in 2014. The products required by OHLINS needed machining carried out by a 5 axis milling and turning machine. The requirements on the assembly tolerance and the appearance and color were quite high. We needed to ensure that each batch of products would have uniform size and color, including a surface treatment making the non-ferrous metals with different chemical components the same color. At the start of the cooperation, OHLINS required many kinds of products in small quantities with short delivery time and strict standards. They also requested a strict managing system (involving TS16949 process management files and forms) and templates.

Solution and Result: we satisfied the customer's requirements according to our own experience and abilities. We finally won the trust and acceptance of OHLINS, becoming the certified supplier of OHLINS in China. Five years after the initial cooperation, the refund rate of products of Asia America is extremely low. The cooperation relationship is remarkably good.
