Here at Kaiming, we are dedicated to the design and production of high-brightness solar lighting products, particularly garden lighting items. Utilizing our outstanding R&D, production, and quality control capabilities, we can provide you with high quality products to meet your various application requirements. Products can be designed according to your special requests, region, and usage needs.

Our factory is equipped with an array of high precision automation equipment including surface mounters (SMT), reflow ovens, automatic laser cutting machines, auto glass cutters, auto gluing machines, ultrasonic soldering equipment, injection molding machines, and more. These machines play an important part in our high efficiency manufacturing process.

Our annual production capacity is 2 million large aluminum die casting lamps and 7.50 million of small plastic or stainless steel lamps. We own two U-shaped production lines which can satisfy small batch production.

We have established long term cooperative relationships with many suppliers to maintain consistent control over product quality.

Our aluminum die casting parts supplier has more than four decades of experience and they have shown stable product quality and on-time delivery. They have even contributed to our product design with constructive advice.

We have cooperated with a famous battery manufacturer with products including Ni-Mh batteries and Lion batteries. Their products have been widely used throughout the solar lighting industry.

We have three LED suppliers in Shenzhen, a highly concentrated photovoltaic industry base in China. They are constantly introducing new products to satisfy the demands of the growing industry.

Reflow oven: to complete the soldering of solar powered printed circuit boards.

Laser cutting machine: to cut the sheet metal precisely and efficiently

Auto surface mounter: to paste the electrical elements to the PCB board

Auto glass-cutter: to cut the glass that used in solar powered light's casing into the required size of assembling according to the blueprint.

Injecting workshop: KMC factory possesses independent injection workshop in which three auto injection machines are placed. That makes it possible for Kaiming to process plastic elements.

Milling machine: to complete the process of metal mold.

Spark tester: to complete the punching process on metal mold.

In order to guarantee a high level of performance for our products, Kaiming established a testing lab which can stimulate rain and other weather situations and perform drop tests and luminance measurements on the products. These tests ensure our LED lights meet our high degree of quality standards.
