The purposes of these measures are to protect operators.

Safety door is installed to allow operators to shut down the injection machine when malfunctions happen. The safety sign shows dangerous zones. Photoelectric switch can stop the injection moulding machine if operators accidentally extend their hands into the working machine. Emergency stop button allows operators to close the injection moulding machine when something unusual happens. Turn table anti-lift switch sends electric signals to shut down the injection moulding machine to prevent the turn table from moving away from the wheel. Safety net is set up to prevent misoperation. Cooling tower can be connected with the footwear injection moulding machine to bring down the temperature of materials;
