Weldable material: The weldable material is metal equivalent material (all kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, gold, silver, precious metals, etc.), and also can be dissimilar metals (copper to steel, copper to titanium, nickel to titanium, etc.). High-precision machining such as spot welding, butt welding, and overlap welding of thin material parts can be achieved.

Product introduction:
The equipment is mainly applied to the welding of precision workpieces of thin materials. The working principle is to excite light waves of a certain frequency and pulse width by YAG laser, transmit it to the laser resonator through an optical fiber, and then generate a pulsed laser with wavelength of 1064 nm, after the laser beam is focused by optical fiber transmission, acts on the welding workpiece, and realize the welding under the control of PC industrial computer. The advantage of laser welding is that the welding process has a small range of influence, does not damage the workpiece, and the welding quality is high. The welding speed is fast, can reach 1-25 points/second, which is 3-4 times higher than the traditional table processing efficiency.
