Collapsible cores require a high processing accuracy. During the mold processing stage, the wire cutting machine was used to cut the mold shape, then the specification accuracy was determined by the milling machine, ensuring that all 8 small collapsible core inserts move smoothly. To ensure the service life of these collapsible core inserts, we also carried out a mold surface hardening treatment.
