In 2017, an Indian disposable food container manufacturer contacted us about a mold for an exhibition. Because the mold would be displayed at an exhibition, they had higher requirements for mold cooling effects. In order to ensure we met this need, the mold cavity was made of BeCu, which features an outstanding heat conductivity. The cooling period was shortened, thereby ensuring that a single molding process only requires 8 to 12 seconds.

Because our customer wanted to go to the exhibition, the development period had to be short, and we delivered the mold to our customer in under a month.
