In 2015, a professional plastic product manufacturer in Bangladesh contacted us. They had 1700 plastic injection molding machines and a history of purchasing more than 1,000 mold sets each year. Both the transparency and the juicer shell specifications had to match the electrical circuit. To assist them, our designer designed a mold structure that utilized the best possible mold manufacturing process to meet all of their needs. After mold forming, it was mirror polished, thus ensuring the specification accuracy and high degree of transparency. Since then, we have provided more than 300 mold sets to this customer.
