In 2016, a Canadian customer wanted to customize a PS champagne flute injection mold for Halloween, and offered us a sample in order to allow us to carry out 3D product design. This sample featured a complex structure and numerous curved surfaces, leading our design team to take more than 10 days to create an effective 3D design. After completion of the mold design, and customer approval, we then immediately started processing the mold. A 5-axis CNC machining center was used to achieve multi=angle, precise curved surface and tilted slope processing. Once the molds were delivered to our customer's factory, they responded with high praise, then ordered another 8 molds from us.
