A professional Chinese cable laying company contacted us and ordered a plastic injection mold for PA material cable accessories and sent us design drawings. This mold featured 7 threaded holes with a diameter of 30mm, and a mold material of nylon and fiberglass, both of which are relatively hard. This ensured mold releasing was carried out using a thread demolding device. We used a large power motor and imported S136 material as the core material during the design process to ensure a normal mold production process.
