Product Description

The 3 thread fleece machine is applied to produce all sorts of high-quality single knit fabrics for fleece. To be more specific, its needles and cams can be arranged to manufacture plain French terry, twill French terry, post-processing plush fabric and other fabrics with good heat retention. The fabric rolling system is specially designed by our company, by which the machine is able to pull 16G-22G cloth evenly and has no risk of some undesirable phenomena like irregular color. Its processable materials comprise cotton yarn, blended yarn of various specifications, high-elastic polyester silk, chemical fiber, etc.

Product Functions and Advantages The cams are made using special techniques, with a transition angle processing added to the track edges to prolong needle and sinker service lives, as well as improve the 3-thread fleece machine’s operating speed. The cam boxes are manufactured using a high-density gray iron alloy and have undergone aging treatment for a set amount of time during operation. These boxes prevent expansion and contraction caused by drastic changes in temperatures. The machine components for knitting precision are also strictly controlled. The 3 thread fleece machine uses a frame that has undergone a natural aging treatment and utilizes an oil-immersed gear meshing drive model due to the excellent stability and low noise performance. Its computer controlled system is powerful enough to automatically survey and control every operating parameter, including spraying oil regularly in pre-set amounts, dust removal, needle breakage detection, and automatic stop in the event of torn fabric or the output reaches the preset amount. The dust exhausting fans are installed in the middle, top, and bottom of the knitting machine in order to remove waste cotton fibers, protect sinkers and needles, and improve operating efficiency. The multifunctional 3 thread fleece machine supports the production of diverse fabrics through the use of sinkers in different specifications.
