Product Description

This auto striper machine supports a diversified arrangement of cams and striper system to manufacture high-quality single striped fabrics with varying degrees of thickness, including damask, high-elastic polyester silk, and fabrics for swimwear. Our fabric rolling system is specially designed to evenly pull cloth and reduces the occurrence of undesirable folding. The equipment can process many different materials, such as cotton yarn, chemical fiber, blended yarn, and high-elastic polyester silk.

Optional equipment:
The Fully-jacquard computer system is optional equipment for the extra cost.

Product Functions and Advantages

The LCD touch screen interface contains a memory function for storing pattern information and system settings. Its independent battery device and circuits enable automatic data saving for up to 2500 hours if the machine loses power. The internal data can be shared with an external PC.
The auto-striper machine features a WAC microelectronic control structure for needle selection, a microcomputer control system and a precise manipulator for automatically replacing threads for different colors, so as to knit striper patterns with 3, 4 or 6 colors.
Thanks to dust exhausting fans, accumulated cotton fiber can be successfully cleared away, prolonging the useful life of needles and sinkers, boosting the machine’s running efficiency.
