Due to the advanced computer control system, the velour shearing knitting machine carries out automatic monitoring and control over all operating parameters, including spraying oil in set amounts on a regular basis, dust removal, needle breakage detection, automatic stop when torn fabric is detected, and automatic stop when the pre-set output amount is reached.
The machine is equipped with dust exhaust fans on the top and bottom to clear away sheared velour, protect needles and sinkers, and improve the running efficiency.
It features two independent cams that are respectively designed for the dial and the cylinder. With a compact structure and rapid operating speed, the product features a high production rate.
After post-processing, these knitted fabrics are widely used in daily life applications.
