Main features

Continuous powder blending machine has functions of automatic lifting, blending and lowering. Different sizes of hoppers can be chosen for different mixing applications.
The symmetry axis of hopper and rotation axis of revolving arm forms an angle to allow material mixers for 3-dimentional movement in the closed hopper. In this case, strong overturn and altitudinal shear, causing the optimal mixing effect.
The powder blender has compact structure, high degree of mechanical-electrical integration, simple control and convenient adjustment of technological parameter. It adopts PLC control, hydraulic lifting and hydraulic drive.
With a volume loading coefficient of 0.80, the blending uniformity reaches over 99%. Hopper is smooth inside and outside without dean angles, which avoids the cross-contamination between materials and meets GMP standard.
