Lifting Turnover granulator

The lifting turnover granulator is intended for the transfer and adding of materials in the pharmaceutical industry. It can cooperate with fluid bed processors. The dried or granulated materials discharge from the fluid bed processor and enter this lifting turnover granulator for dry granulation. Then it is transferred to a mixing hopper or screening machine.

Main features

Cone hopper on lifting frame: it is specially designed depending on the material container of granulator to feed materials independently, with no manual handling.
Continuous operation of finished granule discharging, drying granulation and transferring to mixing barrel reduces labor intensity for operators.
The whole process is conducted in a closed environment, preventing powder leakage and cross contamination in transfer process. Conforms to GMP standards.
