Features:
The heating plate has a surface grinding, with 20 plates and the width of each available in 600mm and length of the cooling and forming part in 5m.
Our heating plate is made of container plate, which meets national Class1 standards on pressure container, with pressure container certificate and inspection certificate included.
The heating plate adopts full-range hot presses structure, which can achieve pneumatic lift in sheet lifting and lowering.
Designed with two sets of pneumatic tension system for upper conveyor belt, available in automatic left and right deviation adjustment on both sides.
Heating pipe of the heating plate can achieve temperature control in four sections, with temperature indication designed.
The upper cotton tape adopts double-cylinder S-type for cotton tape tension.
Designed with one set of manual fine adjustment system, with the lower cotton tape uses S-type manual deviation adjustment and tension system, which is simple in structure and practical.
The driving roller is coated with wear-resistance rubber,also to ensure flatness and smoothness of the paperboard.
Our electrical components use imported famous brands, reliable and stable for operation.
variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is adopted for main drive motor, which features low speed, great torque, wide speed range, reliable and easy to be operated.
The heating plate is separated by partition inside, leading to a S-shaped steam flow and distinct steam and water separation, ensuring high steam efficiency.
The main structure of the double facer adopts high-strength national standard profiles, which has a sound construction, stylish appearance and is available for high speed working condition.
