Features
Using cover-suction structure and high pressure fan. Air and electrical control are in the same operation cabinet.
Using resin sand casting and wall thickness is 200mm. Adopts independent transmission and universal joint transmission structure.
The corrugated roller and pressure roller can be conveniently and quickly taken out when needed by hoisting trolley which is installed on the conveying bridge. The whole gluing unit is moved out, so it can be maintained at the integral side to improve working efficiency.
Using spray dehumidification device to ensure good deformation stability of corrugated sheet and avoid cracking.
Using automatic circulation feeding system and double cylinder pneumatic gluing device to keep good buffering effect. The glue coating is by sliding plate. The surface of the gluing roller is finely ground and engraved with 25 lines of corrugated mesh and treated with tungsten carbide.
Corrugating roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel with main shaft diameter of φ320mm. Thought tempering, roughing, inner bore fine boring, shaft drying, welding, tempering stress reduction, fine grinding, rough grinding, intermediate frequency quenching, CNC grinding, tungsten carbide processing.
Use frequency motor as main power driven to save energy and improve efficiency with low failure rate.
10.Adjust the width of the glue to adapt to the change of base paper width.
The amount of glue is adjusted by electric motor, displayed and operated by the touch screen, and the clearance of glue is transmitted through the encoder to realize high accuracy.
Equipped with protection net in power and operation parts to guarantee the people safety when the machine is running.
