Our auto gantry stacker features short order change time of 5 seconds,available for automatic counting,delivering out and change of order.
It synchronizes with our production management system,featuring centralized order management and automatic order change without speed reduction.
Size of wasted cardboard caused by order change of production management system is less than 700mm.
Designed with crawler-type stacking platform, alternating current servo for lifting and lowering, ensuring stable and orderly stacking.
When the stacking reaches certain amount, the machine is available in variable frequency control to achieve stable and horizontal delivery.
Back shutter is available in alternating current servo control, achieving automatic,quick and precise adjustment of. The back shutter can achieve automatic move, suitable for less quantity.
The conveyor side is equipped with electric conveyor, dual-station table.
Independent sealed control cabinet, the electric equipment is able to work under dust-free environment.
Adopt color touch screen, easy for on-site operation.
Available in full-automatic control, ensuring higher efficiency, less labor cost, labor effective for operators.
