Features
The movements of base paper such as clamping & loosening, middle moving, laterally translate are driven by full hydraulic system and lifting & lowering is driven by hydraulic system.
The braking device adopts multi-point brake system.
Each mill roll stand has 2 loading trolleys to realize simultaneous feeding from both sides.
Electrical components adopt central control and button operation. And paper core adopts automatic bulge clamp.
Main raw material and purchased parts: main shaft using TANKO seamless steel tube with Ø242mm, clamping arm using cast iron, and the base is welding by steel.
The electrical components are from CHINT or DELIXI.
The braking device adopts multi-point cylinder control system.
With double pole tooth clamping head, the clamping head is 3\4-inch double-pole type (the clamping head can be customized according to customer special needs)
