Main features The main motor and rewinding motor are controlled by a frequency converter. The screw and roller material is a polished 38CrMoAlA nitride. The screw and roller undergo a heat treatment, with a hardness depth of 0.6-0.7mm, and a brittleness under 2. The Vickers-hardness of the screw is over 740, and the roller is more than 900. The gearbox surface is quenched and tempered. The mold material is a steel 45, and the hot runner surface has been hard chrome plated. An electromagnetic heater is used, and there are three heating areas. The temperature controller has a display screen for easy, clear data display. Extrusion components The extruder has a total power of 30kw, and is controlled using an electronic controller. The extruder is equipped with 2 fans, the power of each is 120W.
