Unwinding and rewinding is controlled by an expanding air shaft. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC system with touch screen. Unwinding system is equipped with a servo EPC device. Pneumatic perforation device can perforate holes on film. The gluing system is controlled by a PLC system and will operate at the same speed as the entire machine. Strobe light can check the gluing condition. Main motor is controlled by torque motor. The meter is equipped with electrostatic eliminator.
