NEW DODO-400 Automatic Canbody Welder

The automatic canbody welder is designed to perform rounding, and welding processes for the production of three-piece metal can bodies. It comes in two models: the NEW DODO-400A with a production output of 450 cans/min and the NEW DODO-400D with a speed of 200 cans/min.

Features

The electronic control system of the automatic canbody welder consists of human machine interface, PLC system, and servo system.
Its static variable frequency power source provides stability and minimizes energy consumption.
A special rounding device features excellent rounding and anti-scratching abilities. This device can process various types of materials used in can production.
The key parts of this automatic canbody welder are produced using wear-resistant ceramics and high quality alloy steel.
Mercury free welding device, remote control system and weld seam detection system are optional.
