NEW DODO-500H Automatic Canbody Welder

The automatic canbody welder is designed to carry out the rounding and welding processes used in the production of three-piece metal can bodies. The production output of this welder is 200 cans/min to 400 cans/min depending on the height of the can.

The electronic control system of the automatic canbody welder consists of an easy to use interface, PLC system, and servo system.
Its static variable frequency power source provides stability and energy savings.
Special rounding device features excellent rounding and anti-scratching abilities. This device can process various types of tinplate.
The key parts of this automatic canbody welder are made of wear-resistant ceramics and high quality alloy steel.
Remote control system and a weld seam detection system are optional.
