NEW DODO-60D Automatic Canbody Welder

This automatic canbody welder completes rounding and welding processes used in the production of three-piece metal can bodies. It is especially suitable for welding pails. The production output of this series can be 30 cans/min or 55 cans/min depending on your individual material feeding methods.

Its static variable frequency power source provides stability and energy savings.
It is quick and convenient to change tools to manufacture different kinds of can types.
There is a front rounding structure or back rounding structure for you to choose from. The front rounding structure has the advantages of avoiding the long distance conveying of cans so as to prevent them from becoming stuck. The back rounding structure increases production output.
Mercury free welding device, remote control system and weld seam detection system are all optional.
