200AS Egg Washer (2000 EGGS/HOUR)

The ZENYER 200AS egg washer is made of strong stainless steel for optimal durability and hygiene. This egg cleanser processes 2000 eggs an hour and satisfies egg cleaning requirements for small-sized cage-free farms.

The 200AS egg washer has a compact structure and occupies minimal space.

Workers place eggs on the loading ramp.
Eggs will run through LED lights for candling purpose before dropping into the egg washer, where workers can easily pick out any unqualified eggs such as leaking or cracking ones.

Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 604AS accumulator using the 602 vacuum egg lifter. Through the accumulator, the eggs are separated into one row and transferred into the feeding unit of 200AS egg washer.

Sanitizer equipment sprays disinfectant or detergent on eggs.

Eggs are effectively cleaned by brushes with warm water spraying. Brush modules are flexible and adjustments could be made on brush distance, position and speed.

Water blower fan blows off excess water on eggs.

Washed eggs will roll onto collection table and placed into trays manually.
