Trimming-Planishing-End Cutting Unit​

The trimming-planishing-end cutting unit plays a vital role in the wheel rim production line. The trimmer is used for removing the welding slags to ensure a smooth welding surface, the planisher is used to faltten and reinforce the welding seam after slagging (the planished weld seam is flush with the welding workpiece), and the end cutter cuts excessive welding materials from both ends of the welding seam. The cutting operation is driven via a hydraulic system.

Features Integrated design: The trimming-planishing-end cutting unit shares one hydraulic system. Automatic feeding and discharging structure: Uses a three-process and four-station design to achieve hands-free operation, ensuring a high working efficiency. An optional automatic feeding and discharging device is combined with the main unit in a split structure, making a changeover between the manual and automatic operation modes easy. The cutter and tooling for adjusting the cutting thickness and size are easy to disassemble, allowing for a fast tooling change and convenient production changeover for different wheel rim sizes.
