XIAOYA employees over 150 professional technicians for the manufacturing of wheel production tools. We are familiar with domestic and overseas die material standards, including Chinese GB, American AISI, Germany DIN and Japanese JIS. We have built a qualified sub-suppliers purchasing system that follows ISO9001 quality management system standards to ensure all raw materials are in line with design and manufacturing requirements.

Main processing equipment

XIAOYA owns and operates advanced production equipment, including a large gantry machining center, horizontal machining center, vacuum furnace, 1600T large-scale stamping tool line, and more, as well as precision testing machines such as a gantry three-coordinate measuring machine, ultrasonic nondestructive tester and more to ensure final product quality. The use of an MRP informatization management method, standard operating mode and lean production management pattern efficiently ensures the manufacturing cycle and final product quality.
