Pressure Screens & Screen Baskets for Stock Preparation

Pressure screens are mainly used to remove unwanted contaminants from the fibers in stock preparation. Our pressure screen portfolio mainly encompasses three types, i.e. inflow pressure screen, outflow pressure screen and up-flow pressure screen. They are mainly made up of pressure screen basket, rotor, shell and transmission device. Take our up-flow pressure screen as an example. This pressure screen is equipped with two outlets on both top and bottom of the body. The bottom outlet lets out heavy contaminants, while the top one will reject light contaminants and air. These features shorten the period of impurities staying in the screen and make them less likely to be recycled, which enhances screening efficiency and reduces the harm caused by heavy contaminants, thus prolonging screen lifespan.
