Single Platform Soldering Machine

The single platform soldering machine series features single Y axis and single working platform, supporting spot welding and drag soldering. The soldering iron tips can be customized. A special assembly process of the timing belt and motor is adopted to effectively solve the looseness problem of the timing belt after long-term use.

Advantages

Simple programming allows for direct input of the coordinates of a solder joint.
Z axis can adopt the timing belt or the precision ball screw upon request to solve the looseness or tension problem of the timing belt after long-term use and satisfy customer’s high precision requirements.
Temperature control system is capable of maintaining the tip temperature with industry leading stability.
High control precision within 0.02mm guarantees the precision of soldering position.
